Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Infinisoft Solutions collects when you visit infinisoft.io or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Infinisoft Solutions (“Infinisoft”, “we”, “us”) is a software development company based in Lahore, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about anything in it at hello@infinisoft.io.

This policy covers the infinisoft.io website. Our products, including Velisto, Odobase, Agenso, VantixCRM, Houzez and Homey, have their own privacy policies on their own websites.

Information we collect

When you contact us. If you send a project brief through our contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, company name, the services you are interested in, your budget range and timeline, and your message.

When you browse the site. Like almost every website, our web server records basic technical information when it delivers a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.

Spam protection. To stop abuse of the contact form, we keep a one-way hash of the sender’s IP address for one hour after a submission, so we can limit how many briefs can be sent from the same address. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it is deleted after one hour.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send us, sensitive information such as health or financial details through the website.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

• reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project
• prepare proposals and estimates
• manage our working relationship if we work together
• keep the website secure and working properly

We never sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information because you asked us to (to answer your enquiry or take steps before a contract), because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing our website and business, or because the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, and it does not store anything in your browser. It loads no third-party trackers, advertising scripts or social media widgets, and our fonts are served from our own server. If we ever add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service and update this policy first.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers. They may process it only on our instructions and must keep it secure. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients around the world, so information you send us may be processed in Pakistan and in the countries where our service providers operate. When we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected in line with this policy.

Retention

We keep project enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up. If we do not end up working together, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact. If we do work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and for any period the law requires after that. Server logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct or delete it
• object to or restrict how we use it
• ask us to transfer it to you or another organisation
• withdraw consent where we rely on it

To make a request, email hello@infinisoft.io. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We limit access to personal information to the people who need it and keep our systems up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page.
