Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use providers and settings that exclude your data from training, and we can run open-source models inside your own cloud when data must not leave it.

How do you stop the AI from making things up?

By grounding answers in retrieved sources, requiring citations, testing against evaluation sets before every release, and routing low-confidence or high-stakes actions to a person.
