Houzez is a real estate WordPress theme for agencies, realtors, developers and property portals. It began as a theme and grew into a platform: a built-in CRM, lead capture, a front-end dashboard for agents, and integrations with the MLS feeds that real estate businesses run on.

It is the best-selling real estate theme on ThemeForest, with more than 57,000 sales and a 4.84 rating from over 2,700 reviews.

• An advanced property search builder with filters, geolocation and radius search, plus a custom fields builder for any listing data.
• A built-in CRM with lead capture forms wired straight into it.
• A front-end dashboard where agents submit and manage their own listings.
• IDX/MLS integrations with IDX Broker, Realtyna and iHomeFinder, plus Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and Mapbox.
• Multi-language, multi-currency and RTL support, including Arabic and Hebrew.

Houzez has been on sale and supported for ten years, and it is still updated today. Every release ships to tens of thousands of live websites, so updates have to be backwards-compatible, fast and safe to install on sites we will never see.
