The product
Odobase is fleet management software for car rental desks, chauffeur and limousine services, employee transport operators, and tour and travel companies. It replaces spreadsheets and group chats with one system for the office and one app for the drivers.
What we built
- Trip booking and dispatch that refuses to double-book a driver or a vehicle.
- Recurring trips and rosters for repeating weekly duties, and self-drive hire with handover and return records.
- Vehicles and maintenance: per-vehicle records, odometer readings and service history.
- An Android driver app for running trips, logging the odometer, recording expenses with receipt photos and receiving trip alerts.
- Live trip tracking from the driver's phone, with a GPS point roughly every 30 seconds and no hardware to install.
- Invoicing and accounting: invoices built from completed trips, receivables aging, and profit and loss by month and branch.
- Six dashboard languages, with right-to-left layouts for Arabic and Urdu.
Your whole fleet, one dashboard.
How it's built
Every company gets its own isolated workspace with its own currency and time zone. Drivers sign in with their phone number and a 4-digit PIN, with resets over WhatsApp, because that is how field teams actually work. The marketing site is built with Astro.
What's next
The iOS driver app is on its way to the App Store, alongside the Android app already on Google Play.
